READ THIS FIRST!

First, I want to thank you for allowing me to interview you! I’m extremely excited for our conversation! There’s a few things I want to bring to your attention before you proceed. On the last page, you will be asked if you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this show. If you do not agree, feel free to reach out to me for further discussion. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out.

  1. Opinions mentioned on this show are just that, opinions. Nothing said by the guest or by the host or co-host is a direct representation their their current or past employers or companies.

  2. This show serves a multitude of purposes, with one of the most important being education. At times, we may get things wrong. We are human and we make mistakes. With that being said, we ask that our guests share only information that they are knowledgeable in, especially if it comes across as “fact” or “accurate”. While we don’t require anyone to site their data, we may ask “where did you hear that information at?” or something along those lines. We welcome opinions, so if you have an opinion on something, please do not hesitate to share on the show! Just make sure you let the listeners/viewers know it’s your opinion.

  3. For the sake of HIPAA (and respect for people), we ask that you refrain from using a patients name or identifier. We ENCOURAGE you share stories of previous calls. We ask that you use common sense. The Debrief With Tyler Burns or any affiliates or future organizations are not liable for any issues that may arise due to our guests breaking HIPAA.

  4. Please, for the love of God, let’s not talk politics. By that I mean, Republican vs Democrat, President X vs President Y, etc. I really don’t care what Party you claim. With that being said, if we are discussing politics within public safety, or healthcare, etc. that’s totally different.

  5. The Debrief with Tyler Burns is owned and operated by Tyler Burns. Tyler Burns and Cody Randall may refuse to air your episode for ANY reason. Most common reasons why we may decide not to air your episode may include:

    1. Complete disrespect to either of the hosts or their family - Just please be respectful

    2. failure to follow any of the rules or guidelines listed in this section

  6. Finally, we are more than willing to discuss anything you have created. This could include a business, a book you wrote, etc. Let’s have a discussion about it first before we begin recording. If you’re interested in having us promote your content, we can definitely have that conversation as well - before the show records.
